The Nimble 30 was designed for the sailor. No quarter was given the minions of Madison Avenue. The Nimble 30 is fast, in fact so fast, that hull #11 has been entered and accepted in the next OSTAR race. Ted Brewer (owner of hull #10) designed the Nimble 30 to be traditional in appearance yet built with current high-tech practices such as cored hull and hand-laid biaxial and triaxial fiberglass. The accommodation plan offers good solid offshore capabilities yet has proven to be an excellent live-aboard as experienced by owners of hulls #5, 6, and 9. The Nimble 30 is offered in deep keel or shoal draft with state of the art elliptical centerboard. The vessel may be equipped with yawl or sloop rig. Custom modifications are not only offered but encouraged. Nimble boats also offers a smaller trailerable version in the Nimble 20.
